If you’ve only experienced Balsamic vinegar from chain grocery stores and in salad dressings, you’re truly missing out. This stuff on a stack of basil leaf, fresh mozzarella, and a slice of roma tomato is true bliss.
This system will never be “cheap” but it is certainly a deal right now. I own it, and I’ll tell you that after a decade of homebrewing beer, this is the easiest, most consistent, most enjoyable way I’ve ever done it.
